Beauty Pageant Branding

My Major Project for my final year of Visual Communications was based on an earlier dissertation on child beauty pageants. I branded a range of cosmetics, drinks and sweets. They consist of false eyelashes, lipgloss, false nails, body glitter, foundation and primer. Children are allegedly fed high sugared drinks and sweets in order to keep their energy levels up so I created a Go Go Juice and Pageant Crack (sugary powdered sherbet)

Foundation, Primer and Concealer.

As well as the above branding I created four posters to exhibit alongside the products. Candara is the font used in the branding with the exception of the Go Go Juice which had hand drawn font included also. The logo of n@8 stands for 'not at eight'. This is more of a statement saying that it is not alright for an eight year old to have all this muck plastered on their face and be made parade about on stage like a prized possession.
